We've had a change in plans for the ACFUG meeting scheduled for September 2nd. The main speaker will not be able to make it. Luckily, we have plenty of exciting information to present.CFUnited Conference Review
We'll start off with a review and group discussion of the various things we've learn during the recent CFUnited conference. Some of the items we'll cover include the status of the major frameworks, news regarding CF9 and the new development tips and tricks learned at the conference.
Some of the New ColdFusion 9 Features
Next, we'll have our first presentation on the new features found in the next upcoming version of ColdFusion, CF9. The new CF9 Features we will review include the new Virtual File System (VFS), CFSpreadsheet and some of the many AJAX Enhancements. If you haven't had a chance to play with the new features yet, this is a great way to quickly catch up.

John Mason
John works at Fusionlink and has developed web applications with ColdFusion since version 2, and has over 15 years of experience with web development since his undergraduate days at Auburn University.
