The billing system has been fixed and all accounts that were switched to
monthly packages have now been credited and restored to annual packages.  If
you received a Cancellation Notice, don't be confused.  That is just the
billing server's method of telling the member that a package was removed
from your account.  In otherwords, we removed the monthly package and
reinstated the annual package.  

 

If you notice any change in your mailing list subscriptions or other billing
issues, please let me know.  We could still have some errors outstanding
that we have not corrected yet.
