One of the largest problems or opportunity facing WISPs today is congested,
low-power unlicensed spectrum. While there are some WISPs who have been able to
afford purchasing or leasing their own licensed frequencies (today primarily in
2.5 GHz), the majority are unable to access such expensive spectrum licenses
due to their typically narrow geographic scope and relatively small size.
Aircado has made it its mission to provide access to “clean”, licensed spectrum
for WISPs across America so they may increase their coverage, capacity, and
service quality to their customers.
Aircado is conducting a webinar to:
• Provide an overview of what we have been diligently working on in
this regard
• Gauge interest of the WISP community in a program to access licensed
spectrum
The program that Aircado is building focuses on providing just the right amount
of spectrum that allows you to grow, and pay as you go. It offers right-sized
spectrum blocks, tailored to your individual market or coverage area.
