. I think you should reconsider this ruling based on the impact
it would have to our industry.

. I work from home and this is the only service that I can use.

. I work from home and this is the only service that I can use.

. I serve 5 county rural area, aprox 3000 cust, will turn off
service to 1500 and fire 12 employees bad for me, cust & employees

. We are a WISP and operate in a very rural and sparsely
populated area.

. In Bedford County Athena has made great strides in providing
QUALITY service in an area that has had little or no service.

. I am a rural broadband customer and I can only receive
wireless internet. This law would make so I have NO internet at all.

. Where I live we only have this one provider in our area.
Without them I would have nothing!

. please don't do allow this to happen to rural america

. This is very bad for rural broadband

. Where has our common sense gone?

. Please reconsider FCC Proceeding 13-49. We need our internet!

. please do not pass!

. We rely on wireless as the only available high-speed Internet
connection.

. Working for a rural-focused ISP, I can see that the regulation
has great potential for negative consequences.

. As a local government we use fixed wireless in this band for
high capacity long haul links and this would have a severe impact

. give it a 2nd look....RECONSIDER

. This is so unfortunate. I hope it gets overturned

. Are they nuts?

. As an employee and customer of a wireless ISP, I feel the FCC
needs to reconsider this ruling!

. stop this. government makes prices go up for no reason .stay
out of this. making us pay more for no reason.so you all in Congress

. I should not be punished by being forced to pay more or lose
speed because I live in a rural area.

. I can't do without DSL due to our rural area

. Dsl by air is the only affordable option for me to have high
speed broadband

. Need DSL by Air for my rural area

. This is the only service available in this rural area. It's
already insufficient.

. This will force me to give up my online classes and stop my
continuing education endeavors.

. Please reconsider proceeding 13-49, and save our access
availability.

. The government should stay out of this.

. PLEASE, WE ARE OVERREGULATED ALREADY!!!!

. Don't mess with: FREE T.V.

. We finally have found an internet service that actually works-
Please don't take it away.

. We need the present service, unchanged

. Great service

. My provider is the best option I have and currently operates
on the 5Ghz frequency. All other options are expensive/inconvenient

. We need to keep high speed internet affordable and reliable to
all end line users as well as for customers in hard to reach area

. This is another example of Corporatism. (fascism)

. I appreciate the opportunity to have a choice in Providers. A
rule change such as this will force me to choose Comcast or AT&T

. Please think about those who this will greatly affect

. quit messing with something that works.

. Cable services are not available at my location. Jeopardizing
my Internet access would be a severe handicap to me.

. As a WISP we are concerned about the adverse effects this
would have on our existing 5Ghz systems

. federal government needs to have limits set to what they can
do

. Let's not reduce anything regarding WISPs. We need to keep
things the way they are and let them continue to grow.

. This is just another bureaucratic overreach. It's BS.

. Please reconsider the rule change in the 5725-5850 MHz band.
This change will have terrible consequences for millions of people.

. Please stop Government interference in rural America internet
service

. Please Reconsider this ruling. It is unfair to rural areas.

. I have spent years getting broad band service to our business.
This action appears to add significant costs to our customers.

. We use the entire spectrum for Marcellus Shale clients

. Nebraska based Internet Provider serving thousands of rural
customers with this spectrum

. Providing high speed and reliable broadband to rural America
is our mission. Stop limiting our ability to fulfill our mission.

. These rules will have a huge impact on existing point to point
links. This rule needs to be reconsidered.

. These rules will have a huge impact on existing point to point
links. This rule needs to be reconsidered.

. Is the FCC going to support broadband development or fight it?
Actions speak louder than political platforms.

. We now have the best internet service we have ever had. Please
don't hamper their efforts to provide affordable quality service

. Please don't hamper our WISP's. They are the only type of
broadband available to us

. this is about control and an effort against net neutrality.

. Please do not change things where we *rural people* will lose
our internet or it will cost more. Please do not over regulate.

. gov doesn't need to control every aspect of our lives

. I live in a rural area and my wireless connection is vital to
me for work and personal use.

. STOP MAKING REGULATIONS THAT HURT BUSINESSES AND CONSUMERS!
The new FCC regulations regarding FCC Proceeding 13-49 are devastating. I
work full time remote from my home. Please stop this.

. We need our high speed internet for school & work in our rural
area!!

. Please reconsider this ruling. Obtaining broadband service in
a rural area is already expensive and we have limited choices.

. everything is higher in the country to begin with don't make
internet higher than it already is

. This is our only source of high speed internet.

. I work from my home. I need my internet to survive
financially.

. Rural Americans struggle to find affordable and reliable
internet already. Yet another business killing decision.

. We do not have cable available and satellite goes out in bad
weather.

. Please reconsider your ruling as we are rural and need
internet/broadband connection both for our business and our personal use.

. leaving this ruling in place would be destructive for Wireless
Internet Service Providers and it's customer, like myself..

. I cannot afford higher ISP prices. Why change something that
works well.

. Texas Cellnet has served our rural community well by providing
good service at a reasonable price.

. This ruling will devastate many rural providers and those they
service. Please reverse this ruling and protect my ISP.

. [email protected]

. Not everyone lives in big cities. People in a Rural areas
deserve high-speed internet too! Please don't mess with it. Thank y

. Please reconsider this rule. We need fast reliable internet in
the rural area.

. We cannot afford to get increased prices for Rural America

. keep the government out they will screw up everything look
at their track record

. Do not penalize rural subscribers who choose to live in the
country!!!!

. Stop stepping on small business, we are the foundation of this
great country!

. I am a work at home and had to install a tower just to get
internet in my rural area. This change would put me out of a job!

. FCC 47CFR Section 15.407 rules would ruin us after 10 years in
rural East Texas.

. This will cripple the company I work for, supplying over 1000
with Internet in rural East TX!

. Reverse this silly ruling that will decimate small ISP's.

. we feel the FCC's new ruling on wireless broadband would be a
huge detriment to those of us who live in rural communities!

. Please don't take away our rural internet!

. no other service available from my location

. Stop the abuse!

. This ruling is asinine!!!!! PLEASE reconsider!!

. Crippling the equipment on the 5.725 to 5.85 band will make it
more difficult for Unwired to offer services to the underserved

. The cost to rural farmers in SE Kansas would be too high and
would present a lose, lose situation for customers and company.

. Please support WISPS so that rural residents can get decent
broadband

. will send a more formal letter with a numbers but this would
put our company out of business replacing our current 5.8ghz links

. will send a more formal letter with a numbers but this would
put our company out of business replacing our current 5.8ghz links

. We cannot afford this to happen.

. We cannot afford this to happen.

. Please do not change!

. I only have 1 option for internet service! Efforts should be
made to increase affordable options, not decrease!

. Wisper has been the best ISP I have ever had.

. If this happens many people that live in rural areas won't
have internet or it will be too costly.

. Please save our speed!!!!

. For some of us rural area families this is what we rely on for
internet and our only choice, don't take it away.

. High speed internet is not a luxury anymore. It is a
necessity. Rural areas should have reliable access to the internet.

. This is our only source of internet service, we waited years
for the service... Government - please don't screw it up.

. If we lose Wisper ISP, we have no other options. Please don't
do this to us!

. The importance of having unlimited high speed internet is very
high in rural areas...especially to college students like me.

. Please listen to the wisps. Living in the sticks is best with
good internet.

. please do not change the way and price of my internet. if it
