the variable syntax seems to be wrong.
Could you please try to replace:
replace: 'private_ip: {{ hostvars.[serverFqdn]['host_ip'] }}'
by :
replace: "private_ip: {{ hostvars[serverFqdn]['host_ip'] }}"
