Hi all,

I had a need that could have been solved (for example) if I could use something like a Keepass (kdbx) file as an ansible inventory. I looked around and found some inventory scripts, but they didn't cover edge cases that were important.

So over the xmas vacation, I decided to start a little project: learn python (I'd never used it before) and write a keepass inventory plugin for ansible.

This is the result: https://github.com/ThorbenJ/ansible-keepass

Any constructive (critical is ok) feedback would be great.

Also would it be worth pursing mainlining the plugin?

Best regards,
Thorben
