Not currently. Right now, Ansible Galaxy wishes to have each role in it's own repo. This makes bug tracking and seperate versioning easier, and also allows us to update roles to specific versions without downloading very large repos.
Basically Galaxy has no storage of it's own right now (which we consider a good thing) and it's all backed by GitHub.
