Totally agree with you in regards to there being three groups - My background is a *nix admin and in the middle of trying to convince two separate teams that fall into the second category, that they need to start using Ansible to manage their Windows infrastructure going forward. Thankfully Tower exists to bridge the gap for Windows SysAdmins.
