Do you mean a galaxy role that takes a list of galaxy roles to suck down?

That's an interesting idea, though I believe currently all roles need to be
"in" before ansible-playbook is invoked.

It could be done in a two step process perhaps.

I'm wondering if a module might be a better start, that could also take a
galaxy requirements file.
