i would verify that the python that has pysphere and the one you use ansible are one and the same, this is normally the cause of this type of issue. Also note that pysphere needs to be installed on the machine that executes the plugin, so if you are not one of: hosts: localhost or connection: local, local_action or delegate_to: localhost, you might be trying to execute on the target machine and not on the 'master'.
