The included files need not contain the hosts and the tasks modules. It
works for the below file :
---
- name: Template the wrapper.conf file
template:
src=/etc/ansible/templates/
wrapper.j2
dest=/etc/ansible/templates/{{item}}/wrapper.conf
vars:
- serviceName: {{item}}
