Hello, I have seen previous posts on this topic but wanted to ask again hoping this is something we are considering now ...
Problem: When using Ansible to remotely execute command/shell commands, we cannot see the STDOUT/STDERR of these in-flight commands until the execution is COMPLETE. Use Case: We have 5-10 servers we sometimes need to execute custom vendor scripts. Consider these vendor script as "black box" but required to maintain the application. Sometimes these scripts HANG and we need to control-c or kill them. Sometimes they execute DATABASE changes which take 10-15 minutes to complete. We would like to have the OPTION to see the output of these remote commands as they run. We are doing our formal POC of Ansible now and this is becoming a sticking point.
