ah, misunderstood the question, you wan to combine the nested and together
lookups (possible example):
with_nested:
- "{{tcpports}}"
- "{{lookup('together', [ansible_all_ipv4_addresses,
ansible_all_ipv6_addresses | ipv6('public')] }}"
