So I am seeing something rather strange when using Ansible 2.0.2.0...If I
execute a play with the following tasks the second one is skipped. However
if I run the same play using Ansible 2.0.1.0 it runs as expected. Anyone
else experienced anything similar? Thoughts?
- name: installing epel repo (RedHat)
> yum:
> name: "epel-release"
> state: present
> when: >
> ansible_os_family == "RedHat" and
> ansible_distribution != "Fedora"
> - name: installing ansible pre-reqs (RedHat)
> yum:
> name: "{{ item }}"
> state: present
> with_items:
> - libffi-devel
> - openssl-devel
> - python-crypto
> - python-devel
> - python-setuptools
> when: >
> ansible_os_family == "RedHat" and
> ansible_distribution != "Fedora"
When using Ansible 2.0.2.0
TASK [installing epel repo (RedHat)]
> *******************************************
>
> ok: [node0]
>
> TASK [installing ansible pre-reqs (RedHat)]
> ************************************
>
> skipping: [node0] => (item=[u'libffi-devel', u'openssl-devel',
> u'python-crypto', u'python-devel', u'python-setuptools'])

When using Ansible 2.0.1.0
TASK [installing epel repo (RedHat)]
> *******************************************
> ok: [node0]
> TASK [installing ansible pre-reqs (RedHat)]
> ************************************
> ok: [node0] => (item=[u'libffi-devel', u'openssl-devel', u'python-crypto',
> u'python-devel', u'python-setuptools'])
Thanks!
