I fixed it on my own.
I have to give the user name, and that will work. Thanks all.
[root@localhost ~]# ansible all -m ping -s -k -u vagrant
SSH password:
127.0.0.1 | SUCCESS => {
"changed": false,
"ping": "pong"
}
[root@localhost ~]#
