Johnny,

This was an issue with our test infrastructure. The issue has been 
resolved. If you provide a link to your PR, I'll restart CI for your PR.

In the future you can always ask on IRC in #ansible-devel for someone there 
to restart CI if there's a temporary failure for one of your PRs. Also, 
rebasing and pushing an updated branch for your PR will trigger CI to run 
again as well.
