All your problems lies to some wrong indentation...
Please read :
http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/YAMLSyntax.html
and
http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/playbooks_roles.html#task-versus-play-includes
in your last error, getucswwpns need to be aligned to name...
