According to the template documentation[1] ~ (tilde) is used for concatenation
of strings, so is just a matter of concatenate the elements.
when: not ansible_net_config | search("(ip domain-name " ~ domain_name ~ "|ip
domain name " ~ domain_name ~ ")")
