Yes. It's .bat file and it's for stating a ibm liberty server
"server.startup.bat".

hosts: win
tasks:
- name: start server
Win_commad: D:\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server.startup.bat
Ansible is running this playbook without error .. but it's not starting or
executing the file
