Can you please advise what would be the equivalent for 
"source ./hacking/env-setup"
in 2.3.1

requesting since on 2.3.1 we see only the below files
hacking]$ du -a
20      ./module_formatter.py
4       ./dump_playbook_attributes.py
8       ./templates/rst.j2
4       ./templates/playbooks_directives.rst.j2
16      ./templates
44      .

Sorry for going 'way back to 2.3.1' but that is the current version we are 
using
