nagios/naemon, zabbix, sar, etc ...many good ways to do this, but if you
REALLY want to do shit in Ansible (I don't recommend):

-  name: get RAM
   shell: free
   register: memory

- name: cpu info
   shell top -n 1
   register: cpu
