Hi Albert, first of all, a better place to ask about such things is the ansible-devel mailing list (ansible-project is for user support, not for development), or the #ansible-devel Freenode IRC channel.
In general, how quickly you get feedback on new modules depends a lot on how noticable it is. Since it is a module in a new namespace, there's no existing namespace maintainers/module authors which can be informed, so essentially nobody who doesn't find this PR for whatever reason won't notice about its existence.
