Hi Albert,

first of all, a better place to ask about such things is the
ansible-devel mailing list (ansible-project is for user support, not
for development), or the #ansible-devel Freenode IRC channel.

In general, how quickly you get feedback on new modules depends a lot
on how noticable it is. Since it is a module in a new namespace,
there's no existing namespace maintainers/module authors which can be
informed, so essentially nobody who doesn't find this PR for whatever
reason won't notice about its existence. There's not much you can do
about that except telling people on ansible-devel or in #ansible-devel
and hope someone takes a look :)
