There seems to be no environment variable for the become password.  You can 
make your own, though:
export ANSIBLE_BECOME_PASSWORD=mypassword

then in your ansible variables, set:
ansible_become_password: "{{ lookup('env', 'ANSIBLE_BECOME_PASSWORD') }}"
