Obviously Windows isn't supported as a control host since it doesn't work. This has nothing to do with contribution guidelines. Windows could be supported if someone did the work but it sounds like that would be rejected regardless. This is confusing because there's nothing explicitly calling out that Windows shouldn't be supported and previous PRs seem open to the idea if community members are willing to do the work
