Thank you very much looking in to, I have already tried by referencing 
variable {{ package }} but same error.

For instance:\n\n    with_items:\n      - {{ foo }}\n\nShould be written 
as:\n\n    with_items:\n      - \"{{ foo }}\"\n"}
