I've updated my repo at https://github.com/nkadel/ansiblerepo/ to include ansible-core-2.11.7 and ansible-4.10.0, built for RHEL 7 and RHEL 8. I'm still tweaking the ansible-5.0.1 dependency to work with ansible-core-2.11.7, so that this is available as well for RHEL 7 and RHEL 8 as desired.
