Please, change this language, in the documentation as well as in these
announcements.
The claim is technically incorrect and misleading.

The published :ansible" package is *only* a curated bundle of ansible
collections,
and does not include ansible-core. It lists it as a requirement, which is why
it is pulled down as a  distinct package and installed first, typically
but necessarily alongside the ansible package.
