The problem is [' and ']. They can't be part pf the folder name.
FWIW, convert the string to a list
s: "['/First Datacenter/vm/Prod-SRM']"
l: "{{ s|from_yaml }}"
gives
l.0: /First Datacenter/vm/Prod-SRM
