And the most recent versions of ansible and ansible-core require python 3.11 or later, which is not available for RHEL 7 as a base tool. I'm going to suggest you stop trying to start a motorcycle with a can of tuna, and update or replace your expected AWX server with CentOS 7. Red Hat publishes much, much more recent ansible-core and python 3.11 to work with on CentOS, I'd go straight to CentOS 9 and avoid having the difficulty.
