In ant 1.1 <chmod dir="bar" includes="**/*.sh" perm="u+x"> has no effect but <chmod file="bar/foo.sh" perm="u+x"> works. Is this an error on my part or a bug?
Speaking of file permissions, why doesn't copydir/copyfile preserve them? This mishap requires me to chmod them "manually" when copying
files over from the build directory to lib.
