I just checked the man page on a HP-UX system. It seems that diff on HP-UX is
only capable to generate context diffs (-c option). So i would suggest you try
to get hold on a copy of gnu diff (and hold on to it fast ;) to generate an
unified diff.
Correct me anyone please if i'm spreading misinformation here.
