- Put UpToDate in the correct sort-order
- Added docs for antcall-task
- Added docs for mail-task (copied from javadoc's)
- Removed <b></b> and colons from <h3>Parameters:</h3> and

- Removed 'illegal' high ASCII-Values from the file to make MS IE and
Homesite (CSE HTML Validator) happy
Added Nico as an author :-)
