[PATCH] ProjectHelper.java: Can't assume that the file that wasn't found was the buildFile

For example, when using XML ENTITY definitions, you can't assume that the
thrown FileNotFoundException refers to the build file.  Instead, assume that
the exception message contains the information about the file that wasn't
found.
