Have you tried VJAssist from www.instantiations.com? It at least give you
some options in formating output code. I wrote a VAJ tool that performs
import and export via CVS, and it works reasonablly well.

Bummer. I liked most everything about VAJ except this. And since I work with
either CVS or SCCS/Teamware based software repositories, this little issue
kept me from using an otherwise good product.

Ah well, It seems that I will be using Emacs for the next 10 years :)
