[PATCH] Frames enabled version of User Manual

To make navigating the user manual easier I've been running with the 
following extra two files added to my ant environment.

It helps enormously when you can't remember task syntax or other tidbits 
eaily.



If anyone finds them useful feel free. If they are acceptable for 
committing, again, feel free.
