ClearQuest is pretty good (it's what I use) especially w.r.t. supporting getting decent "management" types of information like bug find vs. fix rate, etc.
However, if you are just looking for something to support a bunch of developers that don't really answer to anyone but themselves (i.e. open source) then you can go with tools like bugzilla, gnats, etc. -Peter > -----Original Message----- > From: Liu, Kenneth Albert (Kenneth)** CTR ** > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Thursday, February 01, 2001 3:05 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: OT - bug tracking tool suggestions wanted > > > Hi all - > > My team has started looking for a good bug tracking/change > request tool. > Right now we have some licenses to Rational ClearQuest, but > we are open to > any suggestions.
