This will allow for the fileset to accept an ignoreCase-attribute. This may be useful for Windows where *.DLL and *.dll is the same, but fileset would not find them if you specified 'include name="**/*.dll"'.
I have not commited it because 1. I'm not sure I got everything right and would like someone to review it before commit 2. I'm not sure if this really was a wanted feature? Nico
