Well, I don't normally run ClearCase in that mode, but let's see what happens if I choose that setting and reboot my machine... I love that you have to reboot to do just about anything in Windows... "Your mouse has moved. Windows will now reboot to reflect the change." ;-)
And the verdict is... pretty much what you'd expect: "The system cannot find the file specified."
