From what I can tell you removed the following blurb from the start of "Optional Tasks":
"The tasks listed here are not included in the ant.jar included in the binary distribution of Ant. To use them you should download optional.jar and put it in the lib-subdirectory of your Ant-installation. Additionally some of these tasks require external libraries to be put on your CLASSPATH or to be placed in the lib-subdirectory of your Ant-installation." Is that correct?
