Looks like a fairly encoded VBS worm to me; the encoding scheme may be to
workaround virus detection software in email. Whatever, delete it unless you
know what you are doing.

Alan,

1. in view/file types select notepad.exe as the program to open .VBS, .JS
and .WSH files

2. select 'show file extensions' in advanced view settings

3. go into outlook/outlook express and mark the email zone as restricted,
then change the settings in that zone for *everything* disabled: activeX,
java, javascript, cookies

4. if you use outlook, install the service pack with the security updates.

5. Dont open dubious attachments, whether they come from people you know or
not.
