Missing quotes in ant.bat of Ant 1.3

I think that the line:

if %ANT_HOME%a==a set ANT_HOME=%DEFAULT_ANT_HOME%

needs quotes as follows, otherwise it fails if you install ant under
"Program Files".

if "%ANT_HOME%a"=="a" set ANT_HOME=%DEFAULT_ANT_HOME%
