[PROPOSAL] JDepend 1.0 Task for Ant 1.3

Quick implementation of a JDepend Task. Cf Manual bundled in the JAR file.

No JUnit test. There are 4 Ant Tasks that act can be seen as tests.

I included JDepend in the zip file for ease of testing.

I am doing a System.out.println in the code to print some information to the
user. I guess this has to be cleaned away.
