This is a patch that I've discussed much earlier concerning a problem that I had with relative paths (see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=ant-dev&m=99002338608394&w=2). At the time, I posted my solution, asking for others to test my solution in an attempt to avoid breaking accepted functionality. Since then, I have not heard of any problems, plus performed additional testing in my environments (WinNT & SunOS). Thus, I resubmit my patch, requesting that it be submitted to CVS.
