replace regular expressions in a file, either line by line, or processing the
file as a whole. It uses the "ant.regexp.regexpimpl" system property to
determine the implementation of the new Regexp interface to use.
Javadocs are included.
PS: Before anyone asks this, the reaons I didn't modify RegexpMatcher instead
of creating a brand new Regexp interface, is i didn't think it was appropriate to
have a class named "Matcher" that did regular expression substitutions.
However, the Regexp class has all the functionality of the RegexpMatcher, plus
a lot more (substitution, flags, etc...)
