TBD. whatever solution we come up with, it's better than 50 people submitting a task and all of them being rejected. The whole reason behind this several people have expressed frustration with trying to submit something (even an optional task) into the ant baseline, as they keep getting rejected, usually with no other good reason that, "It's too programmery". So, a contrib library would do the trick. I'll iron out all the details as we going along.
If reasonably useful tasks would be accepted as "optional", then there would be no need to even do this. So instead of complaining about it, someone made a suggestion, and i'm doing something that will help toward solving the problem.
