The Unix 'chmod' command falls somewhere between the Win32 'attrib' and 'cacls' commands. I'm sure an intrepid programmer could come up with some reasonable mapping between the two OS's, but I'd be satisfied if there was just some way to call "attrib -r". What else do people use chmod for?
