No, I think you haven't! It is "kind of" my job to setup a new decision-finding process, because not everyone did agree on the last decision-finding-proposal. Unfortunately I am very busy at work ATM, so that I have no time for this until mid of November! Sorry for that! If sombody else likes to take it over: I have no objections and would contribute :-).
