All the bz2 files that I create on windows using
either ant's version or bzip2.exe, I am able to
unpack on cvs.apache.org using native bzip2
application and vice versa.

But when I attempt to decompress the one present
in /expected either in win 98 using ant/bzip2.exe or
on cvs.apache.org using native bzip2, it fails.
The size in cvs respository is also incorrect.
I downloaded the ant alpha .bz2 file, but unable to
decompress it in windows as well as cvs.apache.org.
Hmmm...
