jakarta-general has decided that distributable JAR files should have an
embedded license file.
Any objections to me adding:
<metainf dir="." includes="LICENSE"/>
to both of the <jar> tasks in our build.xml?
Does it matter if it has ".txt" at the end or not?
I wanted to inquire before committing it just to make sure.
