My apologize for the spam, but I'm not able to reply to any mail that were possibly addressed to me since January 19 by either my work account or the mailing list.
My company's mailserver located at SFO blew of last week and it's still not up and running (I'm subscribed on my mail account)...to cumulate problems, the archive at Marc also blew off this week end and mail-archive.com last post is dated from November 4, 2001 I went quickly through the mbox archive but may have missed some.
